The new concept salon Self, by beauty destination The Parlour Room, is a holistic and indulgent endeavour – a space designed to balance the mind, body and soul.

Influenced by soft and luxurious European interiors that speak to both contemporary and traditional settings, The Make Haus has imbued the interior of Self with natural light and a minimalist imprint, creating a tranquil sense of movement and flow.

Self’s neutral palette sets its intention as a place of quiet and rejuvenation.

Self’s neutral palette sets its intention as a place of quiet and rejuvenation. Layered with a dynamic calmness, the interior is adorned with timber, stone, onyx and painted plaster finishes. Each element is considered, ignited by a purposeful palette – bespoke curved joinery contrasts against heavier moments of marble, while pops of lilac nod to a more modern aesthetic. Filled with a soothing ambience, the interior of Self breathes in an unbroken synchronisation.
