SMITH Architects is a small, boutique, architectural design firm, established in 2007 by architect Stewart Smith. Stewart has worked across an eclectic range of project types and scales amongst leading architectural practices prior to establishing the independent practice. This experience has provided the tools to result in refined design, construction management and client collaboration services.
Stewart’s exposure and observation of diverse cultures and people contributes directly to understanding his client and finding their richness and individuality. It is this understanding that allows Smith Architects to deliver beautiful, textured and unique designs for its clients.
The practice is supported through established relationships with building and design professionals. These relationships, along with specialised experience, help SMITH achieve their aim of developing unique and successful architecture for our clients.
SMITH Architects are based in both Byron Bay and Brisbane.
