The goal of the project was to transform it from a dark home with a disjointed layout, into a light, bright family home that could accommodate a growing family.
The front portion of the home was reconfigured to include a generous master bedroom with walk in robe and double ensuite along with dedicated study, 2 oversize bedrooms and a family bathroom. The rear is a new build extension encapsulates modern living with a fully fitted chefs kitchen, butler’s pantry, full laundry, cosy reading nook, informal family/dining which opens out to a huge outdoor deck space and built in BBQ area. Materials used throughout the home are refined and minimal with natural marble countertops and tiling paired with wide board white oak flooring, natural wool carpets, brushed nickel hardware and white on white joinery.
