CONSIDER THIS

Sustainability is the architecture, design and building industry’s defining challenge. At The Local Project, we are committed to taking action toward creating a healthier planet.

The Local Project acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Owners of the land in Australia. We pay our respect to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations people of these lands.

We recognise the importance of First Nations people in the identity of Australia, New Zealand and North America, their rich cultures and languages, and their continuing connections to Country and community.

RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN

In 2022, The Local Project began the process of developing a RAP with Reconciliation Australia. Reconciliation Australia is a network of more than 2,200 corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations that have made a formal commitment to reconciliation through the RAP program.
