48 / Round
Compact and sleek, ZETR’s 48 / ROUND introduces a refined approach to power solutions. With its flush circular profile, the series allows for effortless integration into interiors where materiality and detail matter.
Since launching in 2017, ZETR has continued to evolve the way electrical components are conceived – treating them not just as technical necessities but as design opportunities. The 48 / ROUND series represents the next iteration of this thinking: a 48-millimetre-diameter system of outlets and switches that sit flush to the surface, delivering on both function and sophistication.
Each element is crafted with a focus on architectural precision. The discreet switch grids and outlets support modular tessellation, enabling a wide range of configurations and customisation, while the refined metal faceplates and matching button covers are available in seven distinct finishes – brass, natural brass, aged brass, bronze, mirror, black steel and stainless steel. This flexibility allows architects and designers to tailor electrical layouts to suit the scale and style of any space.
For Alexandra Donohoe Church, founder and creative director of Decus, 48 / ROUND brings a quiet visual clarity to residential interiors. “48 / ROUND lets the surrounding materials speak, creating space for texture and form without adding noise,” she says. “We’re drawn to pieces that feel intentional but don’t beg for attention – this does that effortlessly.”

Importantly, 48 / ROUND also doesn’t compromise on functionality. The system supports both fixed and adjustable mounting options, accommodating surfaces from 3 millimetres to 35 millimetres thick, whether stone, plaster, joinery or concrete. “It feels bespoke without being overdesigned, never competing with the broader material palette and simply elevating what is already there,” says Donohoe Church. The world-first bayonet and circlip locking system ensures clean, secure placement, and the product can be easily installed onsite with standard tools.
This attention to detail also extends to how the product sits within its surroundings. ZETR’s minimalist approach means power points no longer interrupt surfaces but become part of the design language. “ZETR allows us to layer in function without disrupting flow,” says Donohoe Church. “It’s not about hiding things – it’s about placing them with purpose, so they feel considered, not just necessary.”

Sustainability also plays a key role. The 48 / ROUND range utilises high-quality materials, fully recyclable packaging and no single-use plastics. The product is designed for long-term use, with future-ready extensions already considered, including USB-C and wireless tech integration.
Donohoe Church was impressed with the level of expertise and support provided by ZETR. “The collaboration feels seamless,” she says. “There’s a shared understanding that the details matter, and ZETR brings a level of care to both the process and the product. From early conversations to final installation, they’ve been thoughtful, responsive and always in tune with our intent.”
