Gessi Kitchen Collection
Australian sinkware innovator Oliveri introduces a new kitchen tap collection, created in collaboration with esteemed Italian maker Gessi.
Since its inception in 1947, Adelaide-based maker Oliveri has evolved from a modest metal fabricator into one of the country’s leading producers of premium sinks for kitchens, bathrooms and laundries.
The company’s latest collaboration sees Italian tapware company Gessi bring its signature design finesse to Oliveri’s innovative sink range. The combination is poised to reimagine Australian kitchens, offering a design language that harmonises sculptural elegance, user wellbeing and everyday functionality. Underscoring the partnership is a shared ethos of exacting detail, customer centricity and expressive design.
Oliveri has long partnered with leading Italian manufacturers and designers, who channel their expertise into enriching the brand’s proudly Australian foundations. The collaboration with Gessi is a natural extension of this legacy – one defined by continual innovation, design excellence and a steadfast commitment to elevating sinkware – while also celebrating the kitchen. “The Gessi Kitchen collection truly inspires creativity, a love of great food and good times,” says Ben Pugh, national sales manager of Oliveri.
Characterised by sculptural silhouettes, sophisticated finishes and exceptional engineering, the Gessi Kitchen collection epitomises the perfect union of form and function. Pugh highlights two products – the Venti20 and Gessi316 – as the crown jewels of the range. “The Venti20 incorporates elements from the 1920s, one of the most influential periods of 20th-century art and design, yet is perfectly adapted for contemporary living,” he explains.
“In stainless steel, the eye-catching, cylindrical Gessi316 is high-tech yet decorative and warm. Stainless steel is a noble and precious material – long-lasting, resilient and aesthetically pleasing – and it elevates the Gessi316 range with both simplicity and sophistication.”

The collection – which includes more than 600 pieces – gives Australian designers and homeowners the opportunity to experience tapware that exemplifies a balance of aesthetics, innovation and performance. “The Australian design community now has access to truly bespoke, beautifully designed pieces that will elevate any kitchen while pairing perfectly with Oliveri’s thoughtful sinkware collections,” says Pugh.
Oliveri is noted for its environmental consciousness, with ecologically responsible manufacturing practices and materials at the core of its operations. Notably, all stainless steel used and much of the product packaging are recyclable, while the Adelaide factory operates as a zero-waste-to-landfill facility. This is echoed in Gessi’s commitment to sustainability, with the Italian brand employing zero-waste and carbon-neutral production methods across its operations.

The new partnership represents more than a product collaboration – it is a shared vision brought to life by two design leaders committed to functional excellence. This vision took centrestage at the 2025 Design & Build Week in Melbourne, where Oliveri debuted the Gessi Kitchen collection, bringing Italian craftsmanship into the heart of Australian homes.
