GlobeWest Collections 2027 brings sculptural furniture, lighting and homewares together with tactile materials, enduring craftsmanship and expressive forms to create warm, personal interiors for contemporary living.
As the contemporary Antipodean home evolves further into a place of retreat, connection and self-expression, GlobeWest’s Collections 2027 presents an exploration of furniture, lighting and homewares shaped by the rituals of everyday living. Created by the company’s Melbourne-based product and design teams, the collection favours character over convention, merging expressive silhouettes, natural materials and a nuanced palette. Pieces feels equally at home in residential and commercial environments.
“This collection reflects a more expressive point of view, grounded in how people want to live and feel within their spaces,” says Keti Lytras, GlobeWest’s head of creative. “It’s about creating interiors that feel personal, tactile and connected.”
The range finds its strongest expression in pieces that balance visual presence with quiet restraint. The Juno Bowie three-seater sofa, upholstered in Root Beer and paired with a Natural Ash frame, draws on the confident language of 1970s modernism. A distinctive winged-arm profile, fold-over back cushions and a low-slung timber frame create a sculptural silhouette, while high-resilience foam topped with a soft feather layer delivers the generous comfort expected of contemporary living spaces.
That same dialogue between form and function continues in the Cleo dining table. Defined by an elegant pedestal base, softly framed edges and solid-timber detailing, the design achieves a refined simplicity, allowing the richness of a Putty or Tobacco Ash finish to take centrestage. The Clare dining chairs and Theo barstools complement the table, their understated forms encouraging gathering and everyday use.
Materiality remains central throughout the collection. The Atlas Twin nesting coffee tables pair luxurious marble tops with a finely detailed double-pipe frame, creating a composition that feel timeless and contemporary. Equally sculptural, the Zelda marble console and Verity coffee table celebrate natural stone, warm timber and carefully resolved proportions, giving depth and permanence to an interior.
Decorative pieces complete the narrative rather than simply accessorise it. The Forme Canyon vase, with its handcrafted asymmetry, and the Easton Ornament tall portable table lamp introduce texture and atmosphere, while rich hues like Rum Raisin, Merlot, Shiraz and Chocolate Brown are softened by earthy neutrals alongside Powder Blue, Lilac and Mint.
“Every piece has been considered for the way it contributes to a room,” Lytras says. “Some bring softness, others introduce structure or material depth. Together, they create spaces that feel layered and personal.”
