TEGULA takes its name from the Roman roof tile, and its geometry from the architectural tiling that runs through Sydney’s older buildings. The pattern is a study in precision: repeating forms held in careful proportion, ordered without being rigid. Woven from Australian Merino wool and Mongolian cashmere, it carries real weight in the hand and falls with a soft, deliberate drape. Folded across the end of a bed or laid over a linen sofa, it reads as architecture at rest. A piece for a room that already has good bones and wants something considered rather than decorative.

INKNIT is an independent Australian studio founded by James Murray. The range began with a question about why the care and craft applied to good tailoring so rarely reaches the objects we live with at home. Each design starts with a reference outside textiles, in architecture, sport, or period design, and is developed as a pattern first and a product second. Production runs are small and materials are chosen for longevity rather than season.
