Situated along the slim pathways of Windsor, this is a 4-level apartment building comprising 8 dwellings above and 2 retail/hospitality components on the ground floor. The cafe along with the recessed entry courtyard delivers optimistic influences to the urban character of the region, stimulating an otherwise sterile and industrialized back street. We are also operating with Swiss visual artist Husmann/Tschaeni to offer public art pieces as well as internal finishes to the venture for additional layering and depth to this small but multifaceted endeavour.
