Transforming an existing post-war cottage into a perfect harmony between modern functionality and classic aesthetics, Zuzana and Nicholas’ Monash Road House follows the quintessential tale of old meets new. While creating connections between rooms to encourage better circulation, the architects also use a refined material palette of Tasmanian Oak joinery, concrete benchtops and brass details to complement the original white painted home.
