From the Architect

Four tourist apartments reform (175 meters squared in total) in the neighbourhood of Borne, Barcelona.The project provides a clear personality to each of the apartments, respecting their constructive & atmospheric conditions.

The design of the four apartments is based on a major concept: a distinct separation between day and night zones, as the idea is to provide for the welcoming of visitors as well as actual users in the common areas. Nevertheless, and according to the peculiar and heterogeneous character of the environment, the four apartments are provided with a different personality referring to materials and distribution.
