ExoTec Façade Panel and System by James Hardie

Designed for commercial building façades, ExoTec Façade Panel and System by James Hardie is a non-combustible, smooth-sanded compressed fibre cement panel. The product works with the James Hardie metal Top Hat System to create geometric designs, while the option of either concealed fasteners or purposely exposed ones offers design possibilities. The façade panel can be painted onsite in an extensive range of acrylic textures – as seen at Brighton Secondary College in Victoria, making for a striking contribution to the exterior façade – or factory finished off-site in polyurethane or metallic colours – an option that was chosen for Dovetree Aged Care in Sinnamon Park, Queensland.
