Working with CB Interiors, Paredes Design Office prioritises simplicity and composure. The new floor plan, which combines two adjoining apartments, feels open and spacious, cleverly creating shape and space within a limited footprint. The smooth lines and gentle curves evoke an immediate sense of calm in the interior. This linear layout feels direct yet never overpowering, balanced by an authentic softness brought about by curved walls, innovative installations and discreet joinery. The curves also echo the harbourside location, with nautical details peppered throughout to provide moments of contextual connection. The owners’ passion for cars and yachts is also reflected in the home, with meticulous attention to smooth materials and reflective surfaces.
