Inspired by a minimalist aesthetic, K.Holland Architectural Interiors has imbued the Australian flagship store of Japanese cheesecake bakery LeTAO with a refined material palette that speaks to the spirit of Japanese design.

Embracing this essence, K.Holland Architectural Interiors introduces LeTAO to the Australian market by employing three defining design principles: minimalism, strict geometry and raw materials. Through this refined material and colour palette, the design showcases the vibrant cheesecakes like jewels on display. With the incorporation of LeTAO’s philosophy of creating a place where nostalgia meets modernism, the flagship store sets the scene for future LeTAO outposts in the region.
