GlobeWest looked outwards when developing its latest collection, noticing that a shift towards a more optimistic outlook post-Covid has informed a desire for interiors that reflect this exuberance and positivity. From here, it was a short step to the Memphis Group, a groundbreaking Italian design troupe from the 1980s that shifted design from the purely functional to the decorative and fun, normalising contrasting colours, unique arrangements and bright colours. GlobeWest has tapped these motifs in a trend it is calling Modern Memphis, a starting point for the company’s new Pablo collection.

Pablo is characterised by a colourful, off-beat approach to form, coupled with a palette dominated by rose and cherry marbles, sage gloss, musk, powder blue and crema.

The Pablo Coffee Table in ash and brown vein marble has a strong linear ash top, complemented by beautiful chunky cylindrical marble legs. Similarly, the Artie Kick Side Table in a playful powder blue or snow gum offers a fun addition to inject zest.
