With this development, Studio Yugen has increasingly moved towards collaborations with architects and builders in order to seamlessly deliver a high-quality outcome, in this case working alongside Reece Keil Design and H & H Constructions.

Having worked together to bring to fruition a number of high-end projects around the region, Studio Yugen and H & H Constructions have a longstanding relationship. When it came to Vantage, they created an elegant coastal feel through a curated combination of beautifully finished Grigio Orsola stonework, brushed copper detailing and oak flooring, with Blanco linear bricks bringing texture to interior and exterior walls and pale-toned flooring offering softness underfoot in the kitchen and living spaces. With wall lights in private areas of the house by boutique lighting designers Objects for Thought, copper tapware and Byron Bay’s Surface Society tiles used for the bathrooms and kitchen splashback, there is evidence of quality in every corner.
