Making the most of its park-side location, Windsor Park is a series of 32 residences that coalesce around a central Japanese-inspired courtyard. Jackson Clements Burrows Architects, Hecker Guthrie and Eckersley Garden Architecture rewrite luxury based on principles of refinement, quality and considered detail.
Breaking down the building mass, Jackson Clements Burrows Architects offers Windsor Park as a sequence of smaller volumes interpolated with greenery. Over the three levels, the relief of shared landscaped spaces by Eckersley Garden Architecture balances with the more private zones, encouraging a village feel amongst the hustle and bustle of the city, with busy Chapel Street just a stone’s throw away.
