DBE Forum: 3D Surveying for Architecture and Planning by LARKI

Hosted by LARKI, the 3D specialists in architecture and planning, this event will provide practical insight into the real challenges faced by those in the field of design and building. With their business a surveying tool to help speed up architectural design and planning permits, this discussion will demonstrate how 3D laser scanning, BIM and web platforms can be utilised to make every step of the assessment and design process easier.

Taking place at Performance Space at Victoria Harbour, industry experts, researchers and government leaders will present case studies and interactive models to demonstrate how a variety of tools and methods such as workflows, site information and holding costs, have been tested and validated. This event serves to help professionals meet today’s building demand by creating tools that will help them save time when carrying out their duties in designing for rapidly growing cities.
