From The Architect
Approaching the large and dilapidated Edwardian residence with a sympathetic but also a transformative design style, BayleyWard Architects stitched the old and new together to create a two-story brick house with a strong sense of history.
Responding to the row of apartments that the residence faces to the north, BayleyWard Architects designed the kitchen and outdoor dining area with a gabled roof punctuated with skylights, providing ample natural light with a level of privacy.
