Located in one of Sydney’s eastern suburbs, Bougainvillea Row House by Luigi Rosselli Architects is a transformation of a 1950s three-storey terrace house. Presented with the challenge to create a light-filled family home on a small site, the architects employed a clever and efficient design approach that resulted in a series of interlocked spaces, split level living and two courtyards.
