CHUBB in North Sydney is a modern office space of open spaces and harbour views.

This new corporate space for CHUBB located in North Sydney’s business district is a working haven for any employee, with each floor having its own stunning view of Sydney Harbour.

Located on the iconic Miller Street of North Sydney, the office spans three levels, with each level opened up to allow an abundance of natural light, creating space and comfort for all employees. Each floor or “neighbourhood” has their own collaborative space, meeting rooms, utilities, breakout area which are integrated by an internal staircase – or vertical highway.

Sustainable products including feature timber walls in the reception, stone flooring, timber joinery and partitions were predominately used throughout the space.

Design & construct company Girvan Waugh have excelled in creating a modern corporate look of pale woods fused with industrial façade.
