Through careful planning and shaping of the building form a rear garden has been sacrificed for a high amenity north facing private font garden surrounded by living areas, landscaping and a perimeter fence to the street.

The form of the building is separated between ground floor living volumes intersecting with bedrooms at the first floor. The gentle curves and play of materials at the first floor create an elegant sculptural expression to the street and interiors are abundant in natural light and and cross ventilation.
