A dense 10-level multi-storey apartment building in the City of Melbourne, encompassing 56 six-star energy rated apartments. The facade design offers a fully motorised louver system, which reacts to the sun and rain, and allows the inhabitants to regulate their preferred level of privacy at an individual apartment level.
