Epping House

The Epping House project is an alteration and addition to a Californian Bungalow in Northwest Sydney. This heritage listed house was restored and re-imagined with a contemporary rear addition that is seamlessly connected to the existing house through an internal courtyard. As you step into the open planned living extension it invites one to indulge in the surrounding landscape. The contemporary addition is detailed and proportioned to respect the character and charm of the existing dwelling. A simple palette of natural materials, textures, colours, and patterns brings focus to the creation of a contemporary yet comfortable dwelling for everyday and sustainable living.
