Hill Terrace Townhouses
by Steffen Welsch Architects
Hill Terrace Townhouses have captured the essence of its suburban location Sunshine.
Otherwise known as ‘What Could Have Been’ Hill Terrace is delightful ensemble of three new townhouses in the quiet Melbourne suburb of Sunshine.
Channelling inspiration from the suburb’s name Sunshine, these townhouses are happy, bright and full of sunshine.
Designers Steffen Welsch Architects kept it simple in the creation of these new townhouses, by creating practical, light filled spaces, which are both energy efficient and comfortable for residents.
Traditional townhouses are often poorly planned out, and uncoordinated, with unnecessary complex building form, providing limited comfort for residents, and lack personality or characters. The Hill Terrace townhouses however, are quite the opposite.
These three homes are economical and sensible, with applied attention to practicalities, internal vistas and varied open spaces that are functional, spacious, and bright – without adding unnecessary floor space
