Architect Prineas have transformed House. Elfred St from a typical Paddington terrace with narrow, dark and detached living spaces and a poor connection to the rear courtyard into the stunning expression of modern day inner city living that it is today.

The central focus of the project was to connect the key living spaces and bring natural light into the terrace. The old and new aspects were connected with light-wells bringing light to the centre of the house. The design uses a minimal palette, to encourage a light and spacious feel to the new spaces created.
