King Bill by Austin Maynard Architects is a love letter to Fitzroy, built as a collage of the suburb’s history, textures, forms, order and chaos. For a family of four who are long time locals, King Bill is the ideal forever home that was renovated to suit the family’s lifestyle.

Re-thinking the terrace house, Austin Maynard Architects utilised a glazed, curved corridor as the entrance that links the brick terrace with the steel clad stable and new glass pavilion that surrounds the garden.
