Located at the intersection of two of Melbourne’s most iconic city roads, Laneway Greens escapes from the typical salad bar model.

The setting of warm subtle neutrals against which the salads and smoothies develop a vibrant, spotlight-stealing pop of colour; current hardwood floors and exposed concrete ceiling were reserved and complemented with a striking point-of-sale counter covered in solid American Walnut shingles. White powder covered steel and polished stainless steel features further highlight the clean ‘future-luxe’ aesthetic, while LED-backlit clear Perspex benchtops as well as mirrored window film deliver a feeling of a light, bright, modern area – and plenty of space for reflection.
