MCF Residence is a custom-built penthouse which sits high above Melbourne’s city skyline.

Located in the leafy suburb of South Yarra, this opulent family home is a stunning fusion of natural stone, smoky oak timber and metallic accents; which create a modern contemporary home, with a side serving of luxury.

Boasting spectacular views of Melbourne’s CBD, this penthouse is a clever design of spacial planning, interior architecture, artwork procurement, custom joinery, fittings, fixtures and furniture, brought together to create a luxurious new penthouse.

Mim Design maximised the surrounding views of the homes location, with access to the city views from the main living and bedrooms.

Each unique space throughout the home, also displays many prominent artworks by Bill Henson, Michael and Matthew Johnson and Melinda Harper, which only add to the luxury feel of the home.

Every detail within the interior has been considered and the result is a timeless look that would befit a deluxe penthouse in any major international city.
