Paradise Point House

The irregular shape of the site where Paradise Point House sits was first built in the 1980s, but the clients needed the home to accommodate their laidback retired lifestyle and for their extended family to comfortably visit. Shane Marsh Architects refreshed the entire envelope of the existing home and designed a light and airy extension to the back of the house with spectacular views of the river.
