The home was designed to be minimalistic in features; robust and practical yet maintain a country charm and strong linking to the rural environment.


It portrays an authentic and unpretentious analysis of the contemporary Australian rural home. Raw, robust and rugged the strong structure of the in-situ concrete components is then flattered by the natural earthy canvas of the recycled coarse sawn Australian messmate timber cladding.
