South Melbourne Terrace

Previously a general store, this South Melbourne terrace has been transformed into a forever home for a young family. The design team from Eliza Blair Architecture ensured that the new build retains many of the original quirks and celebrates the majestic gum tree in the backyard.

Allowing more light and more connection to the outdoors, the brief also included a balcony bath so that the family can enjoy under the stars and canopy.
