Six Degrees are presently working on a design for the novel flagship bakery and office/training centre for the STREAT institute in Collingwood.

This facility, which just began construction, will act as a training academy for underprivileged young people to gain knowledge and skills across a variety of hospitality divisions. STREAT will train over 250 youth each year to become chefs, bakers and baristas within the onside cafe, catering facilities, artisan bakery and coffee roastery. It will also deliver areas for private meetings, functions & community events on weekends incorporating bike repairs, community stalls and markets.
