Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel represented a revitalising of what are a collection of very familiar elements to bring a youth & spontaneity to a historically iconic building. It tells a Euro-American story, played throughout the function focused Sunset Room and the remainder of the venue, taking cues from coastal vernacular & historical play.
