Dolans Bay by We Are Triibe is a residential interior design project located in the Southern Sydney suburb.
The team of Jessica Stewart and Christina Symes from We Are Triibe were engaged by the client to transform the interior of this residential property in the bayside suburb in Southern Sydney. The studio were able to use their expertise to redefine the home and a contemporary twist is now seen throughout.
Clean lines and shapes are seen throughout the home, joinery and overall layout. The property has an open plan, free flowing feel with nothing concealed. Greenery has been used indoors in order blur the lines between the outdoor and indoor environments.
Contemporary furniture and fixtures have been used by We Are Triibe to completley transform this residential property. We Are Triibe have used natural timber elements throughout the project. The flooring, cabinetry joinery & furniture are all made of natural timber creating a sense of calmness and warmth alongside the clean and crisp white walls, kitchen cabinetry and ceilings.
Integrated appliances have been used in the kitchen area to further enhance the contemporary feel of the project by seamlessly blending in with the cabinetry and surrounding design elements.
Pastel green tiles have been used in then bathroom which juxtaposes beautifully with the aesthetic of the piercing dark timber cabinetry and marble basin. Brass tapware and indoor plant life have been used to create an elegant yet simplistic basin area.
The newly designed kitchen and bathroom have been transfigured into the highlights of the home with the studio using contemporary joinery and lighting fixtures this give the rooms a stylish undertone.
