Conceived by Sydney-based couple Alex and Charlie who fell in love with recycled plastic as a material, and wanted their own bright and colourful furniture that would stand the test of time — rather than becoming yet more waste within a few seasons. Bold by design, Potato and Sprout will continue to focus on creating furniture and supporting pieces that are equal parts stylish and sustainable. The driving force behind this is the intent to remain Violently Optimisitc — the idea that while the world might seem a little messed up, we can still transform the trashy bits into something more upbeat.
