You need to notify Hibernate within 24 hours of acceptance of Products, in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage, or failure to comply with the description or quote. Hibernate does not offer an ongoing warranty once the products are installed. This is due to the nature of the Products and the exposure to the elements, water, soil etc.
Most stock is available and can be shipped in 2-3 days, if on back order allow 12 weeks.
