Designed in collaboration with BDA Architecture, the three-level penthouse spans more than 1,000 square metres and marks a defining moment in vertical residential design – not only for the Gold Coast, but for apartment living in Australia. With uninterrupted 360-degree views from ocean to hinterland, the residence is conceived as both a sanctuary and a statement: one that seamlessly merges spatial generosity with a deeply personal sense of home.

A sculptural spiral staircase rises through the heart of the residence, anchoring a series of curated spaces including a private rooftop retreat, wellness suite, cinema, office and wine tasting room. Every element has been considered – from materiality and flow to the interplay of light and scale – with GRAYA overseeing the design, development and construction in-house to ensure an uncompromising realisation of vision.
