Set within the tightly held suburb of Point Piper, Piper by GCCV offers a rare and refined approach to multi-residential living on Sydney’s eastern harbourfront. Comprising just 15 generously proportioned residences, the project is conceived as a sculptural response to its prestigious setting, anchored in material authenticity, spatial clarity and an enduring sense of calm.

Working in collaboration with Mim Design and landscape architecture and design practice Dangar Barin Smith, GCCV has created a composition that is both expressive and restrained. The facade, crafted from natural materials including rammed earth and softly rendered masonry, is paired with a rhythmic layering of brise-soleil screens that filter light and provide privacy. Internally, each residence is defined by its scale, natural palette and fine detailing, offering an atmosphere more akin to a private home than an apartment.

Generous outdoor terraces, curated gardens and select features, such as private pools and wine rooms, underscore the development’s commitment to elevated living. With a distinct sensitivity to context and climate, Piper represents a thoughtful convergence of architecture, interiors and landscape, bringing a sense of quiet luxury to one of Sydney’s most exclusive coastal postcodes.
