Robust materials including timber, concrete and glass are employed with restraint, allowing light and air to guide the experience of moving through the house.
Generous openings draw in uninterrupted coastal views, while carefully calibrated overhangs and courtyards temper exposure, creating pockets of intimacy throughout the interior. The plan flows with an effortless clarity, transitioning from calm, private zones to open living areas that stretch toward the horizon. Decks and terraces encourage a continual dialogue between indoors and out, reinforcing the home’s role as a serene coastal refuge.
