Positioned on Burleigh Heads’s coveted The Esplanade, ONE Burleigh by MAYD is an intimate collection of 17 full-floor beachfront residences, conceived as a contemporary expression of coastal living.

Designed by MAS Architecture with interiors by SICI Designs, the project is defined by generosity of scale and an unwavering commitment to privacy. Each residence occupies an entire level, fostering a sense of permanence rarely found in beachfront developments.

Expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces embrace uninterrupted ocean vistas while floor-to-ceiling glazing draws daylight deep into the interiors. The residences are planned with the proportions of a private home, comprising four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two powder rooms, a dedicated study and a media retreat with bespoke bar. Carefully considered spatial planning balances openness with moments of retreat, creating a home equally suited to gathering and quiet contemplation.

ONE Burleigh features suite of wellness spaces including a heated pool, mineral hot and cold plunge pools, a hot-stone sauna, a yoga deck and landscaped gardens designed for restoration and reflection.

Here, architecture is intrinsically connected to its setting, offering a contemporary coastal sanctuary shaped by light, landscape and an enduring sense of place. Scheduled for completion in early 2027.
