In an intimate expression of refined design, Prime Edition introduces Como Toorak, a collection of 16 residences designed by Jolson and esteemed landscape designer Paul Bangay. Conceived as a cohesive whole, the project offers a cultivated living experience where architecture and nature engage in constant dialogue.
Each residence is thoughtfully attuned to light, proportion and form, with spatial planning that embraces openness while maintaining a quiet sense of retreat. Large openings punctuate the architecture, framing views outward and drawing natural light deep into the interiors.
At the heart of this spacious three-bedroom ground-floor apartment is a private courtyard, a contemporary interpretation of the traditional garden room. Over time, the garden will deepen in character, bringing texture and seasonal variation to the built form.
