Billiani

Billiani is an Italian company that has been producing wooden chairs, upholstered seats and furnishing accessories for more than a century. Its headquarters is located in Manzano in the so-called “chair triangle”, an area of Friuli Venezia Giulia surrounded by small specialised laboratories, where the wood culture has deep roots and the supply chain is made up of small artisan companies with centuries-old history. Founded in 1911, it is a company that believes in Made in Italy and design. Its products, designed together with the most brilliant Italian and international designers, are the expression of a cultural heritage and a manufacturing tradition unique in the world. Among the designers that stand out there is Emillio Nanni, who created the reference products of the 2000s; the master Werther Toffoloni, with whom the company has reinterpreted models of the Friulian tradition of the chair; Marco Ferreri, who pushed for technological research. There is also Cristina Celestino, who has been the artistic director of the company since 2019, as well as the designer of some of the most successful collections. Known all over the world, Billiani is chosen by architects and designers to furnish both public and domestic spaces.
