Kreis Grennan Architecture is a creative collaboration between architect & builder Christian Grennan, and project manager & property developer Chris Kreis. The team of senior staff has over 25 years of experience and provides comprehensive services in architecture, interiors, urban design, project management and property development. The studio is specialised in residential housing design but are experienced in most other building typologies. KGA’s design process is collaborative – listening carefully to clients, consultants and craftspeople; asking questions, thinking critically and providing a transparent decision-making process. KGA’s commitment to design excellence is matched by attention to detail. The design process is driven and tested by six design ethos principles: 1 – Resolve complex design issues through coherent FORM, 2 – Enhance space & amenity by celebrating natural LIGHT, 3 – Work with the inherent beauty of natural MATERIALS, 4 – Integrate & evaluate SUSTAINABILITY, 5 – Augment location through considered PLACEMENT, 6 – Complement usability & delight by understanding USERS
