MAXAM+CO is a Sydney based studio offering design, project management and construction services. They are a full-service design and construction company that specialises in commercial interior fit outs and building refurbishments. The studio work closely with their clients from the outset of each project to create solutions that successfully balance design, functionality and budget, while responding to the immediate and long-term objectives of the client. They also work with tenants, tenant reps, client-side project managers, building owners, developers, property managers and leasing agents, and collaborate with external interior designers and architects on special projects. MAXAM+CO values are centered on honesty, integrity and reliability – values that were laid into the company foundations by Mel Kirsch and Brendan Zammit, who established the studio in 2013. From day one, the company has been focused on developing long term relationships and providing a seamless project experience from start to finish. Today, Mel and Brendan are supported by a team that comprises interior designers, documenters, procurement coordinators, project planners, contract administrators, site supervisors and business experts. Together the entire company go above and beyond to engage the relevant project stakeholders and establish a clear understanding of the end client’s needs.
