SUTRAM

SUTRAM is a Sydney based textile house founded by Rukaiya Daud and Kate Fowler with a focus on the bed.  Their approach to design is grounded in the interplay between colours and the tensions that occur between them. Daud and Fowler believe your bedwear does not need to remain static, and that your bed scene can be used interchangeably – operating as a medium that both animates space but can also reflect our evolving inner states. SUTRAM was made to honour the most human of needs – sleep.
