Celebrating Origins – NRxTMH by NOROCK and Tom Mark Henry
In a limited-release collaboration, NOROCK and Tom Mark Henry (TMH) celebrate the origins of the self-stabilising table base with a new design. Complemented by NOROCK’s patented next-generation mechanical self-stabilising technology, the NRxTMH collection is inspired by the textures, formation, and timeless colouring of the unique Western Australian coastlines.
Supplying venues worldwide with stabilising tables that eradicate wobbliness while dining, NOROCK continues to modernise the styling of dining tables with NRxTMH. With input from a team of interior architects and designers at Tom Mark Henry, NOROCK’s new collection helps to establish a contemporary connection to the makers’ beginnings. In a palette of four rich colours, the NRxTMH tables assure an inspiring change of scene wherever they are employed.
Inspired by the Western Australian coastlines, the NRxTMH design references the changing landscape, from rugged rock formations to the measureless sand dunes that lead to the native wild grasses and peppermint trees. Deepening this inspiration, each of the four colours has been chosen to represent a part of coastline. Jarrah Brown is a deep rich brown that celebrates the Jarrah trees across the south coast, while Leeuwin Blue is an inky blue that honours the vast and dramatic seascape. Peppermint Green references the distinctive and native peppermint trees that line the coast and Pindan Red exudes warm reds and browns that commemorate the red soil of the Kimberley region.
An award-winning product, NOROCK’s collection of self-stabilising tables has changed the way hospitality venues can enhance customers’ dining experiences. Along with its patented technology, the tables have become a trusted product that can be relied upon. This collaboration with TMH has introduced an unexpected turn with shape, colour and designer-led finishes.
