The Lansell Road project is a high-end residential space designed by Carr Design Group. Nicole Langelier from Design + Diplomacy was engaged to provided the property styling for the high profile sales campaign.

Design + Diplomacy were appointed to style the Lansell Road project. The large property designed by Carr Design Group boasted a modern architectural exterior with grand open plan design, high end finishes, sizeable living and entertaining spaces.

The brief was to style the property in a way that would appeal to the potential buyer of the property. Being in an exclusive area of the leafy, tree-lined Melbourne suburb of Toorak, all of the chosen furniture reflected the modern, high end look of the apartment.

Design + Diplomacy were appointed to style the Lansell Road project.

Colour was subtly introduced into the art pieces, textiles and accessories to give the buyer a sense of warmth and make it feel like a home they could move right into. It was important to show the buyers that the property would be perfect for entertaining. Design + Diplomacy transformed the stunning contemporary property into an entertainers dream.

The large property designed by Carr Design Group boasted a modern architectural exterior with grand open plan design, high end finishes, sizeable living and entertaining spaces.

A large 8-10 seater dining table and ample seating options in both living areas were chosen to accentuate the home entertainment theme. Neutral tones and accents of leather, velvet and glass were carried throughout the home to create continuity and flow.

The brief was to style the property in a way that would appeal to the potential buyer of the property.

Other notable aspects of the Lansell Road property are the private rear garden, floor to ceiling glazing, access to all three levels via a lift, media/theatre room and wine storage room. The home is  a truly delightful contemporary home and Design + Diplomacy were able to celebrate this through matching modern styling.
