Epitomising Beaumont Building Design’s approach to aspirational yet sustainable design is the recently completed Hereward Project located amongst the quiet coastal surroundings of Phillip Island. Redefining the design of the traditional Australian beach house, the Hereward Project embraces dark hues to achieve an overall level of style and sophistication. As with all Beaumont Building Design projects, the team worked closely with the client to create a home of immense functionality and sustainability. Integral to the overall design of the home is the integration of natural sunlight within the space, while at the same time creating a connection for the occupants with the natural environment, beyond the formal boundary of the built area.
