Upon entering the residence, one is immediately captivated by the expansive interior volumes. The architect enhances and celebrates existing features, imbuing the home with a deep sense of history. With a minimalist elegance, the abode effortlessly radiates warmth and charm. The material palette throughout is grounded in a monochromatic base, with specialised textured plaster lining the walls and creating a unique surface for incoming light to dance upon. Furthermore, the interior is made all the more intimate with velvety walls and a minimalist design, which allows for ease of movement between spaces.

A hypnotising interplay of contrasting elements emerges as a result of a curated selection of bespoke furniture, lighting and artwork throughout. Delicate lines of select pieces contrast beautifully with bold design gestures, becoming artworks in their own right. The integration of warm timber accents in the joinery feels welcoming, while the lighter timber flooring unifies spaces. Arched openings provide a seamless connection between zones, creating a sense of flow and continuity. Artisanal and handcrafted elements take centrestage within the residence, which is demonstrated by the original detailing as well as newly introduced components. It is this meticulous attention to detail that ensures the home stands as a considered collection of pieces, from the smallest fixtures to the grandest archways.
